It was established in October 2002 by Mr. K.Jaichandur, who is having 30 yrs of experience, out of 13 yrs Middle- East experience in Architectural, Interior and EPCC.
The range of projects includes Corporate offices, Banks, Software facilities, Hospitals, Schools and Collages, Hotels and Restaurants, Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Residential Buildings.
The Promoters believe that Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning is a service industry. The methods and practices adopted to meet the goals are developed by the promoter with his past glorious experience.

ABOUT OUR PAYMENT AND PRICING
Construction & Renovation project pricing is very complicated. The customer has a lot of confusion to reduce overall cost which he/she isn't aware of. We make the entire process transparent to the customer and help him/her save lot of money. Give us a call and we can explain this in detail.
In the spirit of complete pricing transparency, We suggest our clients to pay directly to the material vendor and to our labour contractor. So you can be sure that K.K.ASSOCIATES is not making a profit in these transactions. We are mutually benefited. Think about it. you just have to pay K.K.ASSOCIATES a project fee for managing the entire construction project for you.
